This is looking to be a most fruitful year for DAMN, and we've got a helluva lot planned. Here's a brief rundown of the big projects we have planned.
- The DAMN show (untitled as of now) at the Reitz during the last two weeks of March: planning it out, constructing and organizing the work, promoting it, etc.
- Creating tutorials to build a DAMN media library, for programs like Maya, Final Cut, etc.
- Portfolio reviews for young childrens who might be interesting in joining the digital media program.
- Finding guest speakers, whether within Gainesville or by Skype, who can talk about art by digital means, or working in the field in general.
- Overall promotion of DAMN by invading underclassmen classes to boost membership.
